Orders placed between Monday and Friday are processed the same day.
Shipping and handling takes 3-5 business days depending on the availability and quantity of the ordered items.

When are you going to ship my order?

Orders are usually dispatched within 5 business days after payment.

Our warehouse operation hours are from 10:00 to 18:00, Monday – Friday, except for national holidays when the warehouse is closed.

We do our best to ensure shipment delays will be reduced to a minimum.

How do I track my order?

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link from which you will be able to follow the progress of the shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

We recommend you to use 17track.net for International Transits tracking.

When will I get my order?

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for approximately 10 – 22 days.
This number varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected as well as the country of recipient.

USA & Canada: 10-18 days
Europe: 18-25 days
The Rest the world: 14-21

How much do you charge for shipping?

Standard Shipping

Cost varies based on the subtotal of your order. Please refer to the “International Shipping Costs” table above.

Express Shipping 

A flat-rate fee of $50 will be charged for express shipping orders.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We will be more then happy to issue a replacement and offer you a free shipping.

Do I need to pay Sales Tax or Import Duties?

Import duties for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Signum Games encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

We offer friendly shipping to the EU-countries, so our clients shouldn’t pay any taxes. VAT is already included into shipping cost

If you refuse to pay duties upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Warp Dragon at the customer’s expense. And the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
